As mentioned above the windows, locks & fuel pump share a common ground. Clean the bus on both sides of the car. Here'* a link to the TechInfo article.

Default Grandmas car needs help update

Ok here is what I have done so far. Checked and cleaned bus grounds and checked and cleaned ground at battery, inner fender, and under coil packs. The car started and ran for 5 minutes. The windows and seat were working also. I turned on the heater and the motor died. The seats, windows and fuel pump are not working again. What am I missing??

I'd go after the driver'* side ground bus again. Did you remove the metal bar & clean the male & female terminals?

The bus is just a junction for several grounds. I believe the actual ground runs from the bus up to the body near the emergency brake. Check the connection there.

Ok I did go back to the bus on the drivers side and the problem is there when you wiggle the wires it starts up. Something is loose because it keeps cutting out. Can I butt conect these wires and then shrink tube them to get a better conection ?

I'm not sure what 'butt connection' is. You can solder them all together. Brush on insulation may work better than shrink tube. Did you check the connection by the emergency brake?

I can't get to the brake area. Someone also told me to wire nut all of the wires together, I don't think that sounds too good though. This crazy NY weather i'm freezing trying to fix this thing.
