Default Front driver side transmission mount

Hi guys, been a while, got a quick question, the bonneville has not been running right for a while now, and i have since purchased a new car and it just sits there, i need to change the trans mount, its on the driver side and is visible from looking at it from the top of the motor, ive taken the bottom bolts off of it, and jacked up the motor, but im unable to get the mount out, its like there is a bolt that i am missing somewhere, but i cant see anything that would be keeping it from coming out, any suggestions on something i am missing?

Mac.. This link is worthless to the poster. It describes the 2000+ motor mount, not the 1994 version.

Bunny, there are 3-4 nuts that you remove from the underside where the mount bolts pass through the subframe. Then there are three bolts above, one going into the transmission (aims from driverside to passenger side) and two holding the mount to the transmission (aiming from front of car toward rear)

Thanks Bill, ive taken all the bolts out of the underside, and all the ones on the front of the engine. but it just wont seem to slide out, wish i would have been there when they put it on lol. ill go outside here in a lil bit after i cool down and try again, i may have to adjust the jack under the car or something to take pressure off of it

Oh.. yes..you need to jack the motor up enough to remove the pressure. Actually had to jack a good amount to get the mount out. And Black94ssei figured out how to turn the mount just right and it came out the top.

You might want a 2x4 about 3 feet long to lever the engine around in the cradle for puttin the new one in. I had to do that on driverjohn'* car to get the holes to line up.

A little late but just in case this ever gets searched..
I loosened up the two front subframe bolts and supported the motor to make more space ot get the mount out. It made it way easy.
