Good Ol' UIM and LIM
Yep,
I got the update from my mechanic that i definitely have a leak from coolant/oil. He found it while doing new fuel lines. I have been suspecting it for a little while now.
I plan on doing this in a few weeks once school ends, but I need a little guidance.
What are the best gaskets to use?
Is there a metal replacement part that I could swap to prevent?
Any other tips on this project of mine?
Any good manuals that will help me do it step by step?
Appreciate the help in advance . . .

First off...if oil and coolant are mixing...that'* bad. Especially for the bearings. We can't stress how bad any water is for the bearings.

BonBon,
Definitely read up on the links LiefW provided. Those are probably two of the most informative articles here. There are plenty more though. If you have any questions after reading through those, let us know.
And definitely don't drive it if you're already getting coolant in the oil. Just ask Bill B. how much coolant he found in the cylinders of one he changed. Bad...bad...

before you blow the money on a new upper, read this thread.
The fix may be easier than you think, and the total cost only gaskets and a coolant elbow.
