All functions work except drivers wont tilt. This happened to my passenger side and it cost me $200.00 at a trim shop to fix, I don't know what he did.
Any one have the fix?

You are going to need a Volt Ohm Meter and maybe even the wiring diagram. It is either the switch, bad wire (short or broken) or the motor itself. Check power at the motor when you press the switch. If there is power check the ground on the motor. If no power, check for power at the switch and after the switch. You just have to go through this in a logical manner.

There appears to be power, when I attemprt to recline back of seat it tries to move but acts like something is attempting block it. All other functions work on both seats.

I don't think it'* the motor, all other functions on driver side work. When I attempt to tilt rear of seat it tries to go but stops.
All suggestions thus far are beyond my capability. Maybe I'll have to live with it. When I sleep in car I go to passenger side and that works fine.

I had the same problem. Cause is that one or more screw jacks (two per seat, one on each side) is frozen. I purchased a torn, used seat cheap, removed the screw jack (after testing the seat adjust capability by running test leads from the battery to the motor connections). After adding a little grease to the screw jack replaced the defective ones. Seats now work fine. Only real problem is that getting the screw jacks out/in is a little difficult. You will need Torx tools. I used a socket type Torx. Same size torx on both sides of the "transmission" part of the screw jack. Also, use a channel-lock type pair of pliers to extract the pressed in connector at the end of the screw jack. I had about $50 all said in fixing this - mostly in shipping costs for the used seat. (Good news is that I now have backup motors, etc.....) Good luck.
Stever, glad to have you here! Thanks for the help on this topic.
I have the same problem with my passenger front. It tries, but won't go. Sometimes it does, and takes some work to get it back to the vertical position. I've been trying to set aside some time to pull BOTH seats and lube/free up all the screws and motors as a preventive measure. Great opportunity to service the entire system, and clean up as well under there.
