As you can tell from the pic, I need new door hinge bushings, pins or whatever the official term is. The roller was not even connected to the pin on the driver'* side. Before I start hammering away, I'd like to get an idea of the proper procedure for removing and reinstalling.

Re-alignment is a bitch, the pins and bushings aren't sold seperately. You have to buy the whole hinge. Upper and lower are different part numbers and will probably run 30-60 dollars each from gmpd.

Can anyone supply the part numbers for both the driver'* and passenger'* hoor hinges??

Used ones would be OK if they are in good shape. I need the left front lower and could use the right front too.
