Default Does anyone know?

What are the relays for that plug in to the fuseblock just behind the passenger side kick panel? I own a 1992 SSE. There are 2 black square relays plugged just above the fuses. One of them keeps clicking and won't stop until I take it out. It eventually kiiled my battery. Can anyone help me out?

Thanks
