Default cutting off

I have a 92 bonneville ssei super charged.. After the vehicle sits for a while and I go to start it, it takes a moment to turn over but after it turns over it sputters and goes off. The only way it stays on is if I hit the gas one time while turning the key. Also after I cut the car off there is a hissing sound in the back and a motor under the hood continually comes on and off about 6 times. Any ideas?

Check your fuel pressure at the rail and change your fuel filter for starters on the other problem.

Check your fuel pressure, or have it checked.

The hissing and motor is your ELC adjusting the ride height. Your rear struts are probably leaking.
