Lightbulb Cutting off the driving lights?

anyone successfully disable the driving lights? im thinking of putting on some HID'* but first id like to disable the driving lights for good.
Is there like a relay to pull out or wire to snip?

next to the air box and pcm it'* a big white prism (the resistor) unplug it and your good to go
