Default Crazy gauges

Just this morning on my way to work both my boost and oil pressure gauges started to act odd. I first noticed that my oil pressure was on the high side, around 100, then I noticed that the psi was reading about -5.X while my Aeroforce was at -7. I was a little nervous that the oil was reading so high that when I got to work I checked everything I could think of for any signs of something wrong. No visible leaks, no burnt oil smells in the engine bay or exhaust, and no odd noises that were present before.

Last oil change was about 1k miles ago and the only thing that I have changed was I installed a new head unit last night (I can't see how that would cause any problems as I used the same wiring harness).
I'm at a loss as to what could be going on but as I can't identify any problems other than the gauge needles "floating". Driveability is no different than normal operations. Any clues as to what is going on?
