My Precious 95 is on a distinguished road
Default Coil packs?

I have a 95 se that surges after warm up at highway speeds 70mph.The rpms read 2300 to 2500 at the first couple of miles then it down shifts and the rpms go up to 3100 and then it still surges while going up hills.A mechanic told me its either the plug wires or my coil packs.Any I deas??????

Sounds like your mechanic was on the right track, check the PCV, the plugs and the wires.
