Codes from SES light in my '94?

I have the same issue... which scan tool?
Yeah autozone tried to read it, couldnt and gave me an obd1 12 pin jumper tool (which i knew wasnt going to help... but it will work with the vette and is a little nicer than the paper clip i KEEP in its ash tray!!) not that the c-4 corvettes have a lot of computer problems *evil grin* now which scan tool should i look for for my 94 ssei? and what is the deal with haynes and chiltons? nobody makes a do it yourselfer manual for theese bad boys?
