code 55...?

well i got the ecm changed with a brand new one, and the engine light still comes on with a code 55. any more suggestions?? i dont know where the grounds are to the ecm but i think that was someone'* suggestion was to check the grounds, so can someone point me to where they might be?. i sprayed electronics cleaner in the connectors to the ecm but that apparently didnt make a difference either. im stumped, but i really need this car to pass inspection within the next few days or im screwed :( what else could it be?? any and all help is much apppreciated! thanks.

Have you had this car at a dealership or good shop for a good diagnosis?
There are ground distribution blocks on the passenger side of the car to the right of the passenger foot well... And there is also a ground block to the left of the drivers foot well... Check the passenger side first... You may have to remove the hush pannels to get at the Ground wire/bolt, from there you will want to make sure that the ground blocks are dry, peel back the carpet and insulation a bit and you'll see a ground block taped to the wire loom.... Should be the same on both sides of the car... Tinker with the passenger side ground firct and see if that gets you anywhere...
