the thing with ccr codes is when they are set, the system continuously retrys the function . if the error condition is no longer valid, it clears the error lights but saves the codes. a normal operating ccr system will throw codes and clear them by itself. say for example , if it is a really cold day and it can't reset one of the actuators in the struts it will throw a code. after a while when the strut "warms up", the condition will go away by itself. an error code will still show up in the module, even though it wasn't a permanent error.
