Well I just took my girlfriend home during some snow. Creaking noises are gone, and I wasn't going fast enough to tell about the clunks (you'll see why).

Theres one problem...
When I drove through patches of slightly wet snow, the car would pull to the right - enough for me to drive obnoxiously slow all the way home. Before today, I could just cruise right through that stuff. Could it be that the tires are not aligned right and not gripping evenly? I plan to have the alignment checked out asap.

Changing the struts will require you to get a alignment.
