Default check gauge light?

ok i went to the beach to see the big waves on lake michigan and my car got covered in sand. their was sand EVERYWHERE. anways i took it to work and use the air hose to blow off all the sand, well i finished blowing he engine off and now my cheak gauges light is on? i dunno why i cheack the gauges and their fine. voltage oil pressure and temp are all fine? i dont need gas to that not it. any ideas? maybe it will go away by morning?

maybe you blew off a vacuum hose?

Yes..check the evap vac hoses. They can fall off easily. Also give it a look over for loose connectors. It'll be something small and silly.
