Check engine light and traction off light on - hissing sound

Usually when replaced the upper intakes come with a new PCV... But it has to be installed correctly... The 95'* did not have a map sensor and did not use a spring for the PCV either...
This is the PCV location... Note the left side of the intake and the alternator..
Once the PCV cap is removed make sure not to loose that seal( O ring )
Under the cover you will find the PCV valve... It should be stuck in place and hard to remove.. You may need a pair of pliers to gently remove it without damaging it..
Once the PCV is removed it should have this O Ring around it...
Take a close look, here you will see the first lip or seat... Look at the second seat, this is where the PCV Valve O Ring sits and it should be a tight fit.. If the PCV comes out too easy or is just barely sitting there than it was not installed correctly... Make sure you have all of those O Rings..
If the PCV was installed correctly it should sit below the second seat as in the pic below

Judging by the number of people that have had this happen during an UIM change, I think it'* a safe bet. 
On the traction, the light may not come on until after you start driving again.
