Default Check engine light and traction control.

I have noticed that when my CEL comes on the traction light comes on also and it flashes on and off every 3 min or so. I read this post where someone implied that when the voltage gets low that triggers a lean code (which i have 171) and could cause the traction light to come on also. However I lost that post. My question is with the history of this problem you guys are familiar with, can you point out all the ground and positive battery connections I need to clean.. I know about the boots but I cant see the grounds under the ICM Ive been reading about and I need some insight on exactly where it is. Also my boost gauge is up kind of high @ idle even after the car warm up to about -7 or that first hash mark after -10. Is it a specific vacum lineI should pay attention to since its really affecting the boost gauge? thanks

Follow all the black and red battery cables to where they go. Including the starter and alternator, and the grounds. They lead right to them.

For the boost gauge issue, it can vary somewhat depending on temperature, atmospheric pressure, and humidity. But it doesn't hurt to search carefully for a possible vacuum leak.
