Default car sounds wierd at 68mph and over.

my car sounds wierd at highway speeds,68mph and over,my car sounds like if im steping on it and im not.like if im playing with the throttle constntly.iim begining to think that is a missfire, but it doesnt happen at low rpm or low speeds, and its not throwing no codes at all,i havent beggin to check nothing, because i wanted to see what you guys would tell me!!! :(

well if i understand your question properly (which is very iffy) it sounds like it could be the computer. when mine went bad, it would ffeel like it was hitting a rev limiter - but at random RPMs. it also surged once in a while.
could it maybe also be a throttle position sensor?
