Post Can't drive my new 1994 3800 SE yet.. help please

This is my first New Old fuel injected, computerized vehicle- been driving around and patching up older cars. Loved the look and feel of this 1994 SE 3800, so bought on impulse- to find I have a way to go before it can become my ride. Found fuel leaking out of one of the lines going into ? whatever it is that is at the top of the block under the 3800 top cover.
There are 2 fuel lines there. Fuel spills out from one of them where the line goes into a component about 3/4" wide, seems like there'* a blockage there. Anyone know what that component is called? or can anyone give sound advice on how to begin to evaluate the problem... (Pretty please).

Sounds like your fuel rail. Is it leaking from the clips that go from plastic lines to the steel rails? Could be a bad seal. Your dealing with about 45psi there.
