I ended up taking my car to the dealer for them to fix since I had no idea were the squealing noise was from, they ended up changing both tensioners, and another idler pulley and the car is good as new (knocking on wood) is there a noise when you accelerate and decelerate?
No noise during acceleration or deceleration really. It only happens when I hit the brakes and slow down to the engine rpms hit 1000 and lower and while the rpms are in that range it makes the noise when i turn the steering wheel right. :?: But when I slow down and the noise starts, if I give it gas and drive it stops doing it. Weird huh?

Anyone know how many lbs-ft of torque the tensioner should have?
