Can I diagnose ABS?

I told ya my friend....go find a shop with a Hunter B400 and find out what isn't working right. It will definitely help with your diagnosis.

For the record, you can't diagnose ABS yourself. It requires a special serial code reader at the dealer.

ABS can't cause your symptoms. Look only at the base braking system. From what I've read, I'd say it'* either the MC or bleeding. I'd try to bleed again, at least 2 full rotations or more, 3 or 4 pumps per wheel each rotation.

If that doesn't do it, I'd take it to a shop for diagnosis.

Rats. Well, you can e-mail the Hunter rep in your area and ask them if they know of any shops.....I had to do that. Sorry I can't help any more, but you definitely want to get your braking system fixed.

I guess I'll bleed them again today, I bled the master til the clear tubes had no air.

It does feel like complete mush til I get down an inch or two.

I adjusted the rears til they just barely drag.

I'm with Don. I'm beginning to suspect a bad MC. Gotta warranty on it?
