Brake squeel
I have a 1996 Bon SE. The brakes squeel/ squeek during braking so i checke dthe pad this weekend, well pad life is good, i would say about 50% life remaining. so why are the front brakes squeeking??

do the pads come right off the caliper, or is there some special trick or procedure i should be aware of. also, perhaps the rotor is the problem, it definitely has grooves, maybe this is the cause of the noise
