Default Brake Question

So I changed both of my front brake lines on my car and I notice before I bled my brakes that if I opened my bleeder value fluid would come out at a steady pace. Is this normal or could that show some sort of master cylander failure. Every thing else braking is firm and responsive.

it is normal. that is called gravity bleeding.
