Default 95 SE oil pan gasxket

Since I'm changing the crank sensor and balancer on my 95 SE, I noticed that the oil pan seems to be leaking as well. With 191K on it that doesn't surprise me.

How hard is it to get the pan off of the H-body (not including removing the oil level sensor and unbolting the oil pickup in order to get the gasket off all the way, been there, done that). I don't see anything else in the way, but I just took a quick look. Figured while the balancer is out of the way might as well do this too.

Should only need to remove the bolts and it will drop down. Remove the level sensor and it will come down. No need to remove the pick up tube.
