Yes I cleaned the battery ground and made sure its working correctly. What else could cause this problem?

What I found on my SSE was that the "positive" cable has two leads. There is an soft metal (lead?) insert spacer between the two cables. Twist this spacer insert out and clean the corrosion from between the spacer & inner cable, file the faces flat & install.

I solved the problem it was the Neutral Safety Switch.
