It WOULD require a rebuild. And you'd want the 2nd Gear clutches and TCC solonoid done at the same time anyway.

HOWEVER, we need to keep an eye on this and keep diagnosing it.

would it be in my best intrest to rebuild it anyway...honestly...the rebuild kit is 200 dollars through where i work.. and in the long run i'll have to do it anyway..the car has 204,000 miles on it...the car has a new filter and enough fluid. I just replaced the modulator valve today..no change.

if i put in d or r and light gas there is noting ...but if i put the hammer down it'* throw me back like nos on a ferrari. The trans does engage..just not like it should...
