ATC FLASHING
THE ATC DISPLAY THAT IS FLASHING IS THE AUTOMATIC TEMPERATURE CONTROL.
I COULD ONLY LOCATE A DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE FOR UP TO 1993 BONNEVILLE.
I HAVE READ SOME REFERENCE THAT A DEALER SCAN TOOL IS NEEDED TO DIAGNOSE AFTER 1993. IS THIS CORRECT? :?

97-SSE, I believe that there is a thread somewhere here that discusses how to reset the ECC (ATC) after an electrical issue. If you don't find it in the next hour, I will look it up after lunch, as I have to run right now.

Try searching on ECC as we refer to it as an Electronic Climate Control. However there isn't a known way after 93 to read it w/o the dealer scan tool.
