Default Coolant Elbow

I am not a big car person but have learned some things on this forum and thank you all for the great guides, but i how hard is it to change the coolant elbow? Mine is leaking and I do not want to mess with it till i know what I am getting into. Any help is appreciated. I have a 97 Bonneville SSEI with 242,000+ miles on it.
