You have an OBD 1 computer that needs a 12-16 pin adapter. PM Willwren and ask him about reasonable scan tools for your car, I think he has one. (assuming you have the 16-pin connection) Is your SES light still on? That leads me to believe there should be some codes.

Any auto parts place will sell O2 sensors, in general, but Bosch doesn't have a real good reputation around here, and Bosch seems to be the more common brand. (I had a Bosch in mine for 5 years and 40,000 miles without any noticeable problems, but I'll defer to the collective opinions around here.)

What you need to find is a place that sells AC-Delco oxygen sensors instead, so you may have to make a couple of phone calls (or order over the Internet). If there'* a Lee Auto outlet near you, you will find AC-Delco oxygen sensors there. (They were also cheaper than the Bosch units that AutoZone wanted to sell me.)

I just bought an AC Delco O2 sensor from partsamerica.com. It cost like $42.50 delivered to my house. Try that!
