Hey I'm a newbie in here, and I have a problem with my 1992 Bonneville sse. This past summer it started shuddering between 1st and 2nd then would run fine. Like the idiot I am I left it alone (mostly because of lack of $$$). Some days it would be fine, others worse. Now it'* winter here(COLD) and my car will not even go into gear. If I floor it it will SNAP back into 2nd and stutter down the road. Plz help if you know whats the deal. Because if its a complete tranny, then I might just sell the car.

Have you checked your tranny fluid?

Are you getting a Service Engine Soon light?

Tranny fluid is fine......And yes I have a engine light.

yes but itis a 92 and he can pull the codes with a fused jumper wire or a paper clip if you dont have the jumper wire
