When i start my car it runs and idle fine until i drive it then when i stop at a light the idle drops to about 750 and is jumpy, my car has 145,000 mile on it and i just replace the plugs and wires.any suggestions, could it be an 02 sensor or tps sensor, i pulled a code and it gave the the knock sensor code, so i found the sensor and it was unplugged , i plugged it back in but it still idles rough should i just have the sensor replaced? any help would be greatly appreciated

When was the last time you cleaned the Throttle Body, IAC, and IAC passage? That sounds like the culprit to your issues if it'* been a while [or never]. Get some Throttle Body Cleaner [make sure it'* MAF sensor safe], remove the TB, and clean away .
