i did some talkin and got it worked out

auto parts store... i dont buy stuff i cant test at a wrecker

the TPS tested bad at first, but i just put in the new one so now it tests good
the car still has the same problems though, it will start up perfect when it wants to
sometimes the starter doesnt engage the flywheel
when it starts it is perfect for ~45sec then it will just die
not even stumble
