Default A story that must be told

Hey guys, remeber that cam 41 code I got. SO I did rip apart the cam sensor and the interpurter was mint.

So I put it all back together, put in the coolent.. hook everything back up. Start er up .. not bad not bad... temp is good.. everything is good.. I backup my right signal light is always on now for some reason? no signal on that right side at all.. and the light is on in the dash. Ok no biggy!! I keep going up the street.. all of a sudden BAM engine goes reveing into a high rpm! and I pull over.. NO tranny action! none of my gears work. The pully is still on.. this is strange .. I didnt touch the freaking tranny ! so why is it not going into any gear??

Possibly one of the electrical connections leading to the tranny got disturbed or came unplugged.

It'* a hydraulic transmission. It will still shift even with the electrical plug taken off of it.

First thing to check is your trani fluid level.
Look for leaks. You have a very leaky engine from the looks of it....yick!!

The one remaining bolt (of three) connecting the torque converter to the ring gear (flywheel) finally fell off ? ("C" engines did not get "E" transmissions AFAIK.)

Yep, you probably lost your ATF. Start the car up, and run it through the gears a time or two [staying in each gear for a few seconds]. Then put it in Park, leave the engine running, and check it. Betcha any money you lost fluid, because that what happened to me. How you lost it is another story. All you can do is fill it up and see if you can find where it is leaking out. The area you are working in isn't related to anything transmission, so like you said you didn't touch anything on the tranny.

And my, what green coolant you have! I wish my coolant ports looked like that! Somebody takes real good care of his car .

Hey now! Mine is 300 times worse than his. Except mine is all caked on.. his looks fresh[er].

ok update on the situation:

I checked the fluid, topped and looking lovely. So no leak...
I did the shifting gears and holding it in place: nothing
Car moves in PARK, wont go into any gear.
Makes a metal on metal rubbing noise as well.
Have no clue whats up, its like the car will make the noise and the car will move in park.. really strange!

Moves in Park ? Oh my. Sounds like the trans just lunched possibly at the differential.
Have you checked the shift linkage ? The bang just before it stopped going is not a good omen.

The problem is far out of my knowledge, im towing it as we speak. they will quote me. The cost of repairs will be the fate of the car. If its to much to repair its off to the junkyard.
