Amen for remote starters, since I posted about the black puff, I have stood at the tail pipe each time I started the car, about 6 times since yesterday afternoon. No black poof. Must have been a freak thing.

I have had my injectors checked and they're fine. I'm gonna stick with the FP regulator now.

Absolutely no driveability issues with this car at all, it runs better then most new cars

Seeping injector may take a couple of days to leak enough to be evident. I'd run a can of injector cleaner through and see what happens.

Ok, I got mine running right again. My problem was the starter. Took it out put new lifetime one in and that'* that. (20 min job)

Good to hear. Now as soon as I get my FP reg from Jr in the mail, hopefully we can put this thread to rest and I'll be in the same books as you
