Well I guess I am lucky then. A few good sharp hits with my fist under the door latch and bingo the door now opened. So I am thinking it just needs a good lube. But yes the problem started when a friend tried to open the drivers side rear door as I tried to unlock it. I was not impressed to say the least....and the passenger one hasnt opened since I got the car a few months back. But 1 sore hand later the doors open no prob. What is the best lube to use in there? Graphite or something like that? or should I just pull the darn things and inspect before I go spraying lube in there?

A silicone spray lube if you don't remove the latches. You want something that will shed water so they don't get any worse. It sounds like yours aren't too far gone so a good maintenance schedule might keep you from having to dig into the dors.
