The best thing I can tell you to do for these part numbers as they will be discontinued is to send off an E Mail to GMPG with your Vin Number And they will be able to see if they can get those part or reference you to the updated part number...

I had to do that to get the Keyless Entry Reciever PN for the 91 SSE

Borrowing a scantool may be a help for you too, that way you will at least know if the ECM is seeing the Curise request, it will also allow you to see the brake switch...

You may be right tho you could have a bad Module, But please look into it before you drop the $$ on it..

And for the head liner, did you want the actuall board? or the Fabric?
