Until I get that part i need I installed a Viton thick o ring and it has seemed to done the job until it is replaced.The reason I didnt know if that was a sleeve or not was that it must have broke the pipe clean there isnt even serated edges.So far all is well and after my doubts this could be a successful install thanks for all your help, this wouldnt have even been attempted if it wasnt for BC.
This is final product not brand new but ran well all day no leaks so far

You have broken a piece of it off inside the throttle body... That piece will need to be removed and the pipe will need to be replaced...

here is the Part number for the replacement pipe
Interesting Post! This is the same thing that happened to my 91 about 2 and 1/2 years ago.

That pipe was replaced on mine too. Nice work John.
