For a permanant fix you would have to take it out and re cloth , the glue breaks down and you cant just reglue it.This is not your year but same idea.

Another plan of action is to get a good one from a junkyard. Ever so carefully remove it, carry it home on your head, install it in your driveway. Depending on the yard, it could be easier than redoing yours. That'* what I did on my '89, and it stayed good as long as I had it.

Depending upon your financial situationa nd your DIY talent level, you can also opt for a professional headliner replacement. Your local yellow pages will likely have a number of small joints that specialize in this type of interior repair.

I've had vehicles done for near the $100 mark, including re-covering the headliner and both sun visors.

If you are going to do it yourself and want more info, try google and search on "re-covering headliner". There are a number of free how-to articles available.
