Default Help me build my engine!

Saying hi here from Edmonton, Canada.

Going to get right to business. I'm re-building a 87 3.8 FWD SFI engine and need some help squeezing a few more horses from it. Done a lot of searching but can't find much info on these engines. Anyway I want to get 250 tq and 200 hp out of it naturally aspirated. Not looking to turbo or supercharge it. Car will be used strictly on the street as a weekend fun car. So here is where I'm at:

- Rebuild 87 3.8 FWD
- Bored 20 over
- Resized Rods
- 20 over pistons
- polished crank
- New Oil Pump, Bearings, Chrome Rings, New Timing Chain, etc.

Future plans include:
- Gasket Port Match Intake/Exhaust Manifolds
- Port head
- I'm using 2 front manifolds and running a true dual exhaust
- 3 angle valve job
- CAI
- I'm going to use the stock SFI system (unless you guys have a better idea)

Right now I'm at the assembly stage but before I begin I want to know what else you guys think I can do.

Should I get the block milled? Heads shaved to increase CR? Cam (Keep in mind car is for the street)? Bigger TB? Anything you guys can think about to get me to my goal 250tq/200hp.

Any help is greatly appreciated. BTW car is going to be mated to a 4 speed manual transmission.

Thanks in advance.

Alex.
