Default 1989 SSE blower fan problem

Okay I just bought a used '89 SSE with over 200,000 miles on it. Car still runs good but has a lot of small problems with it. The first one is when I turn the key off the heater blower/A/c fan keeps running and doesnt shut-off? I found the relay for the blower thinking it was it and pulled it but the fan kept going. Any thoughts.

Also if anyone knows where to get some cheap door weather stripping for this car let me know.

Willl have more questions as I go through it. thanks

Where do I find that and what does it take to replace it?

I followed the wires and it looks like they go through the fire wall? am I missing something? or just not looking hard enough?

My 1990 FSM says it is located "right rear of the engine compartment, center of plenum".
I don't know if an '89 would be different.

Does this picture help. The eend of the socket extension is touching the module. Take out the screws and it comes right out.
OOPS.
I just noticed this is a little late. I see your original post was back in April. Sorry I don't frequent this site enough.
