I went with a Dynomax 2.5 inch in and out "race magnum" muffler in place of the cat, and ran a 2.5 inch strait pipe the rest of the way. It'* not quite as loud as I wanted it, but I love the tone. Nice and deep, not like the "bees in a can" sound of the Honda'*. Top end is where I see the most differance, it pulls noticeable better. I'd say it feels like I gained close to 10HP from the change Total cost of the muffler, pipe, and install was $300 cdn. Overall I'm very pleased!

Where'd you have it done?

I went to Minute Muffler in Ajax/Pickering. It'* owned by an older guy and his 2 sons. They do great work! And will go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. While I was there some guy had his 3 day old BMW M5 getting some exhaust work done! I talked to him for a little bit, he told me the car cost him $97,000 Awesome car tho. If only the weather was nicer I would have asked him to race hehe. Yeah he would have destroyed me, but it still would have ben fun.
