Yeah, that'* random...the first time I looked at it I was like whoa, grass...but now that I look at it, it is like dormant, but the stuff to the upper right looks green.

yes it depends if it has been overseeded or not, there are alot of factors when it comes to turfgrass and taking care of it when it becomes dormant

Yeah, I wouldn't know...my grass gets snow covered before it has a chance. I guess I never thought about whether or not its green under the snow cover.

depends on what type of grass
its prolly green under the snow, there are only a few types that go dormant and the ones that go dormant cant survive in the winter
