Remember it is always best to eat within 60 minutes of a good work out too...if not within 30. I would say it is normal since it happens to me almost everytime I lift....not when I do strength training and cardio though.

Yeah, my grandpa tends to get the same way after working a lot. Try to improve my diet would help. I guess it seems to get better once I get some food me.

I'd say thats pretty normal that happens to me after I lift hard and come home... But I'm usally to busy cleaning out the fridge to care much.

Just quit working out, that'* the easiest plan.
I don't work out (anymore, did plenty in the Army). I just sit behind my desk at work, in front of the TV at home, and on my butt in a boat or under a tree fishing in the summer. I got the nicest set of 12 pack abs....
