Default driverjohn needs some workout songs

ok, i love going to the gym, but most of the music on my iPod isn't upbeat enough to get me moving. Any idea'*? Songs? Albums? etc.... I am pretty easy. I listen to just about anything...

thanks!

I've found that songs with about 130 or more BPM do the trick for me! I've even considered going to my DJ stuff and remixing several songs all to the same beat so i can get a good rythem going...

I'm not sure about the Petraman recommendation.. I heard the "only station" he could tune in while in Cody'* garage.

I usually listen to Disturbed when I workout. That usually gets me going.

For good work out beats I always turn to 1.) Linkin Park - Hybrid Theory. Every song has a great beat. 2.) Prodigy - The Fat Of The Land. Classic
