I detest self checkouts!
Who else agrees? Customer service anywhere has taken a BIG dive since these became popular. Whose bright idea was this to lose touch with the customer by using these things?
Sorry, I just had to vent somewhere before I spray paint graffitti on one of em.

ahahahahaha, I was waiting for something like this to read!
So far I'm pretty indifferent, when I go to the grocery store its sometimes nicer to deal with a sweet talking machine then a bratty 16 year old girl with to much makeup and a bolt thru her nose or something

Retailers are REALLY losing touch with customers and its widespread, at least here in the South.

I went to a Walmart in Syracuse two weeks ago to buy socks (shaddap!)
Anyway, I used the express humanless checkout, and there was a woman standing behind a checkout station watching over the machine, in case something went wrong or whatever. Its seemed pretty ineffiecient to have to pay someone to watch idiots use an idiot box
But what do I know :P
