Default Automatic headlamps

How do i disable the lights so i can turn them on and off when i want to because i dont like them turning on by themselve even though its a convience. I like riding with my park and fog lights on sometimes. I disabled the DRL'* but when it gets dark all lights are on

turn the "Twilight Sentinal" switch on the head light **** to "Off"

i try that but then at night when i put the car into drive or reverse all the lights come on and while driving if i try to adjust it to off it still wont go off

sounds like there'* a problem then in your wiring.

1 the lights come on only at night
2 the lights only come on when the car is put into gear

theres 2 systems the drl and the auto headlights, ud have to disable both, dunno how, check the fuse diagrams maybe theres a fuse or relay u can pull that will disable it

check out the techinfo.. I have done that already.. it'* just a switch I use to cut ground.. it throws an error on your driver info center thinkin you have blown out headlights.. but meh.. I don't mind it as it just reminds me later to flick the switch back.. and it goes away 15 seconds later.

Ok what im saying is that i have the DRL'* but i disabled them. My problem is in the day time when i put the car into gear the lights dont come on because of the DRL'* being disabled but at night when i put it into gear they still automatically come on. While driving i try to cut the sential(or what ever!) to MIN and then to MAX then to Min again but they wont go off.

So what your suggesting me todo is to cut the wires and run wires and a switch into the car.UMMM.... i dont think i like that buti guess it will do
