This scanner. Which is odd, since the buick is a 1994.

The 94-95 H bodies used OBD1.5 not many scanners are compatible with that oddball software.

i dont know much about these transmissions, but if i had to guess i would say because of the quad driver module code that supply circuit is shorted somewhere. qdm is the supply side of the power for different things, may or may not mean the pcm is bad you have to get a diagram of what is on that circuit and trace the wires for shorts. i dont have those diagrams anymore.
P0755- Transaxle Shift B Solenoid Problem
P0705- TRans Range Switch Circuit
P1650- QDM#2 Circuit
P1561- Cruise Vent Solenoid Circuit
P1562- Curise Vacuum Solenoid Circuit
P1565- Cruise Servo Position Sensor Circuit

This sounds like its gonna be a fun problem to fix. Not.

Another issue that may be related is the radio will not hold memory, every time I start the car it acts as if the battery was removed. I suck at electrical problems. Basic wiring, sure, troubleshooting hahhaha. Guess its time to learn, I never had seen whats inside an auto tranny until I "rebuilt" this one and swapped it out. Maybe I just screwed it up in my rookie "rebuild".

Did you check your fuse panel on the drivers side to see if the trans fuse is ok?
