Well, it takes a few things...

First, being retired gives ya time-
Second. ya gotta' be a little nuts (so my wife says) and like to wash cars-
Third, it helps to have a four car garage (two wide/two deep) well insulated, with its own furnace, soft water and seven floor drains.
Fourth... did I mention it helps to be a little nuts?
