Thats what I'm using and I don't have to shut the car down to make a change. Dosen't act as a scantool though..
Major difference is there is no MAP so PE tables are useless. It'* all MAF, similar to 3rd gen F-bodies.
Ah, never seen one on here, and I hadn't delved into it for my car ever...

That is HP Tuners.. You can buy credits and tune nearly any GM vehicle.

Currently unlocked to me are all 97'*, all 03'* and one 03 Xtreme S10 pickup. I'll be adding my truck one of these days.

Bill:
What type of learning curve have experienced using the tuner? I know this is a broad question and the reason I asked is that there seems to be a lot of documents in the help area but no type of tech classes offered. Then again it may be intuitive enough where a tech class is not needed.

Also can you confirm that it is essentially about $100, 2 credits, to add another vehicle to the tuner license file.

Very Nice. I think that will be an investment of mine some time this year, I'd really like to play with my Dad'* F150 now that the new version supports it but i think he would crap bricks if he found out.

the changes were made were fuel, TM, and fan speed Turn on

after 500 Miles, the LTFT'* Lock in at 0.0, and 02'* look good, Timing is back to normal, and KR is still there right before the shift....

more tuning should eliminate or minimize the KR near the shifts
