I thought Dan'* hood was a little over the top when I first saw it. I don't envision you being able to see things front and right of your car. The kid in me thinks you get points for the balls to do it. The reasonable side of me sees what you are doing and there'* flashing lights and warning signs.

Are you afraid that it'll scoop so much air, it'll slow you down or push so much into the engine bay that it'll lift the car up?

U did the work your self? If so u got some skills but i would try using a differant style scooped hood.. Maybe a Trans Am WS6 hood..

exactly why i mentioned it...

i don't think it would generate a positive pressure, but it would certainly get back any vacuum generated by restrictions in the intake tract at WOT.

I actually made a full airdam for it, kinda like the functional camaro ss scoops, or ram air. ill take pics of that too...I know its too big i dont know if ilike it, i got the scoop for free though so im not complaining one bit. And my skills were in use last summer fixing my crushed in roof...
